What payment methods are accepted?
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Apple Pay: Shop easily without having to manually enter your credit card details or other personal information on the website. You will be charged once the items are shipped.
PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the items are shipped. To register for a PayPal account, visit paypal.com. Please note PayPal is not offered as a payment option for Pre-Orders.
Why can't I complete my order?
Ensure that your payment information has been entered correctly. If you're using a credit card and the issue continues, we recommend contacting your credit card issuer.
If your financial institution cannot resolve the issue, please reach out to Client Services for further assistance.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you are a registered customer, you can cancel any order within 30 minutes of placing it by visiting the "My Orders" section of your account. After this 30-minute window, or if you checked out as a guest, we cannot cancel or modify your order. In such cases, please return the package to us as outlined in our Return Policy after it has been delivered.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to your order based on state and local regulations. An estimated tax charge is added during checkout, with the exact amount automatically calculated upon shipment based on the shipping address zip code. The final tax amount will be equal to or less than the Estimated Sales Tax and will be shown on your completed order invoice.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to addresses within the United States.
